About this event
This is another Parks on the Air meetup at Millerton Lake. Yes, I know that this is early in the year but this is a certificate event. I hope to be set up by 8 AM with at least one antenna, but if anyone shows up and has an interest in anything, then we can explore.
I hope to work on FT8 and some voice contacts.
In case of rain, I will post a notification early Saturday morning of the event to let you know that I have canceled the event. If the weather is looking questionable, please check this website to see if I have canceled.
Also, since the state charges for vehicle entrance into Millerton, go to a county library and try to check out a California State Parks Pass. This will get you into Millerton Lake SRA for free and save you $10.00. This is just like checking out a library book.
