About this event
I am going out to Millerton on April 8th and should be set up around 8 AM. Yes, I do know that this is a Monday, but I plan to be operating during the solar eclipse that will start in Mexico, sweep up into the US thru Texas and then on towards the east coast of the U.S. towards Maine.
The eclipse should start to be visible around 12:23ish in the Dallas area (10:30ish (PDST)). Totality in the Dallas area should be around 1:40 PM (11:40 PDST) with the maximum about 1:42 PM. Wish I could be there.
Anyway, I will be attempting to play POTA during this time and everyone is welcome to come out. Bring your solar eclipse viewing glasses if you have them.
